Delaware Academy for School Leadership

DASL Launches Executive Leadership Academy “ELA” Cohort V

Cohort V of DASL’s Executive Leadership Academy launched in July 2018. This professional development program aims to provide unique access and information to established leaders who want to grow professionally, and pursue Executive Leadership positions.

During the program kick-off dinner, participants heard from several current and retired Superintendents. For example, Dr. Dusty Blakey shared his experience as Superintendent of Colonial School District and the benefits of leaders having a mindset towards professional growth. Participants also began networking within their Cohort and spent time with their DASL mentor.
