The Executive Leadership Academy

OUR MISSION: The goal of the Executive Leadership Academy (ELA) is to prepare outstanding educators to successfully lead Delaware school districts and charter schools.

Participants are provided a rigorous curriculum led by experienced facilitators. Academy participants engage in dialogue with representatives from Delaware’s most prestigious law firms representing school districts, leaders from the Delaware State Education Association, experts from Delaware State Budget Office and receive mentoring from outstanding Delaware superintendents.
