Delaware Academy for School Leadership
Dr. Ann Little was a middle school principal in the Cecil County, Maryland School district. She has 30 years of experience working in the public school sector as a language arts teacher, department leader, Title I resource teacher, and administrator. She has a strong knowledge of instruction and leadership balanced by a passion for supporting marginalized students, especially those impacted by trauma. Earning her Ed. D. from Walden University in 2011, she has successfully led her schools through the implementation of Common Core, training in Trauma-responsive Instruction, Restorative Practices and most recently, the use of virtual and hybrid instruction with the COVID-19 pandemic. A life-long learner herself, she enjoys reading, DIY projects, and spending time with her family.
