The Delaware Academy for School Leadership, in collaboration with The Center for Responsive Schools and Responsive Classroom , offers follow up study sessions, coaching, and support for teachers and administrators in the areas of engaging academics, positive community, effective management, and developmental awareness.
Study sessions and coaching are designed to continue with the Responsive Classroom mission to help elementary and middle school educators to create safe and joyful learning communities where students develop strong social and academic skills and every student can thrive.

Vision Quest meetings are tailored to meet the needs of school leaders, to assist them in their journey (or relationship) with Responsive Classroom, regardless of where they are in the process. Topics include ways to get ready for a new school year, planning adult Morning Meetings, adding engagement to professional development and more.
